Butler was shipped out to Leigh last season. I knew KF screwed up not signing Batty instead.

Props often develop late, while I’m not suggesting he is either of these players. Hill and Walmsley were good players in the Championship around Butler’s age, and both arrived in their Super League teams with potential but not the finished article.
Time is on his side, but he needs to be playing, against men, anywhere. Reserves, knocking over under 19’s, isn’t the test he needs.

I think with our quite week team and Wigan looking like that is pretty much their strongest team in the squad, it may be a close game. I don’t expect much from Wigan this season.
