Signed for next year from Swinton I'm told. Top scorer in the Championship and looks a real prospect.

Nice, looks a prospect so I hope this goes ahead. Has mamo signed another contract?

Looking at few clips he’s got pace to burn! The release of Johnson makes sense now if we has definitely signed for us.

Regardless of his ability, the question is will he get opportunities to develop and flourish under the current regime?

Winger/full back is hardly top of our list of priorities. Hopefully we can turn him into a centre, that would be ideal.

I'm hoping that a reserve team will give plenty of opportunity for fringe players to stake a claim for when someone's form dips.
Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

From what I've seen of this kid, he won't be hanging around in the reserves for long. I think he could end up at fullback or 6, too much class about him to be on the wing long term.

Johnson scored a try yesterday for Featherstone in a 66 - 16 win over Swinton with no mention of Matty Ashton
