If it wasn't your agenda against Patton..
Then why is it when SP gives two new faces a runout at 6/7...it's wholly Patton that he is unconvinced about?

Ducky I would ask you to consider this as an alternative to the alleged "agenda"

Livett has been playing the majority of this season, and Warrington 1st team career, as starting 2nd row (where he excelled before injury) with a handful of games at half-back. I don't think anyone is convinced about him in the half back position yet and I don't think he is being considered for the starting halfback position in the plans for that for 2019.

Now, compare that to Patton who has played 66 games mostly in the half-back position. He has had 2+ years more than Livett to "prove his worth" in that position and yet there are a good number of people who are yet to be convinced that he is a viable option for a 2019 starting jersey at half-back.

Ergo I think the comment that Price made is more note worthy in relation to Patton and hence why I raised it.

Anyway here were my other "agendas" to persuade and unseat the following from the 1st team ...

Matt Russell, Rhys Evans, George King, Sam Wilde

I'm surprised that he's not trialing a Smith - Patton pairing, after all Smith has had a few MoMs at Rochdale.

If patton wasn't a Warrington lad there wouldn't be many people on here saying he should be anywhere near the starting 13 of our side. The facts are simple, he is an ok bench hooker(as was dwyer), but a below average half back.

I heard Smith is no longer in our plans.

Wigan Week #5

Really saps my enthusiasm, knowing that Wigan Week #6 could be just a few weeks away.

The repetition of playing the same team over and over takes away from what use to make games special.

Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

Any reason? Certainly been noticeable by his absence.

see, you say this, but its purely luck of the draw this year.

Pre superleague you still had the chance of playing one team x many times, due to luck of the drawer
league x 2
regal trophy
challenge cup trophy
premiership.

Plus any pre seasons.

The chance of that was very rare however. I wonder if we have ever played Wigan 4 times in a season prior to SL.

The season used to start with a game against Wigan in the form of the Wardonia/ Locker cup.
We'd then play them twice in the league so it only needed a further game in one of the many cup matches and we're up to four/ season.
