Secondly, how come he got relegated to the bench in his last year at the raiders with a better pack in front of him, and the same, competent organizing half back alongside him?

Where is the trolling? If I'm trolling, do I not need to say something controversial? He was a MOS nominee in his first season and did alright in spells after that. Is that trolling? Clearly not, a lot of you have also pointed that out. Is it trolling to say Warrington fell away? No, clearly not, you did. Is it trolling to say your pack is the reason you aren't successful? Again, it's a well discussed topic on here. The bit about Widdop and Williams not having an impact? Again, no controversy there, you fell away massively at the end of the season. Is it the bit about Leeds having a better pack? That's an opinion of course, but the likes of Oledzki, Prior, Tetavano, Holroyd and Bentley are a potent pack, with little drop off from the bench.

I've not suggested he's better than your current two, I don't think he is. I just think he'll look good next season potentially with less responsibility that when he was first choice at Warrington. What is it you find an obvious troll?

Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck now duck off.

I didn’t actually mean the last bit but couldn’t resist. You are a wind up merchant, but we all know that.

I seem to recall a Canberra supporter saying he had a history of starting off at a new club like a house on fire and then declining, which seems a fair assessment of his time with us albeit injury played it’s part.
I definitely think we need Ratch at fullback against him though as his “bombs” are wicked and virtually unplayable at times.

I read it, we was warned.
Dropped to the bench at Canberra for that reason. It actually did his form some good and put him out there.

Was he actually that great at Canberra with Sezer? I know he won the stand-off of the year award, then I remember him making an impact when he was dropped to the bench, as a super sub, but the RL media keep talking about him and Sezer rekindling their successful partnership from their Canberra days. I don’t remember them standing out in the NRL?

I enjoyed watching his explosive running here, though. Shame it was only for half a season.

The way I would define a messiah in a warrington shirt is if your name goes onto the teamsheet. Irrespective of circumstances.

Bevan. Briers. Cullen. Forster. Hilton. Lee penny maybe and maybe nat wood.

Coincidentally. Barring bevans games after he left, Lee penny's few games elsewhere and briers 10 or so games at saints. 1 club men as well in the English game.
You know that these players would bleed for the shirt and have the passion for the shirt and game. These are the players, forgive me for the bad analogy. If you cut them open. Would bleed primrose and blue.

No way on earth even If he had contributed a grand final win for us. Would Blake Austin be considered a messiah at warrington.

Well if nobody else is going to comment on this ridiculous post then I'll have to. Mark Hilton (AKA The Beast - still the most misleading nickname in RL) played 186 times for Warrington, not playing very well in any of them. He was only a one club man as we were desperate and nobody else wanted him. By the way, Mark '2 testimonials' Forster went to play for Widnes, the Judas.

So If mark forster is a judas for playing 17 ames for widnes. We should rip down the Brian bevan statue in a woke gesture for the 42 games that he played for Blackpool in his last 2 years of his career.
Let's excommunicate Paul cullen for his time coaching widnes.
And Mark hilton gave more to the club. More Than many others have given to the club. Asotasi. Sita. Sandow and Roberts. Blythe. Penny. Ormsby to name 7 off the top of my head.

And my comments are ridiculous. Okay then
