What A p$ss take puttimg that car park up tp £4.00 pound for a match day when you can park there all day for £2.20 om any normal day.

Happened all last season as well total ripoff,i usually see a couple of Meat Heads collecting the money as well how intimadating..

People should boycott this car-park at all costs,waste of money lineing other peoples pockets!!

Should try parking on Cockhedge or near Evans house.

I assume you mean the car park next to the kings Head!Totally agree taking the p$ss.Do the collectors work on behalf of the car park owners?

Also the council car parks are free on Sundays, Golden Square, market and next to Cockhedge. Plenty of free parking within a 5/10 minute walk to the ground, no real need to pay for parking on Sundays.

Don't see the problem??...Surely, its simple supply and demand??

If people don't use it, eventually they get the message and lower the price. If they continue to make cash then they will continue to charge what they feel it is worth....Simple as.

Its the same as fuel charges.....People complain about the cost of fuel, but as long as people buy the stuff, petrol companies can legitimately push the prices up.

Law of economics....(or something like that... )

I never get why people go on it when there's so much free (and legal) parking just as close.

And if you park somewhere for free you'll have a spare four quid for a bottle of Magners.

How can that even be legal? How can they advertise something (I'm fairly sure the £2.20 park all day is advertised) yet change it on match days.


Anyway, people should just park on Tesco but try and be sly about it, i.e. pop in the store. Tesco don't employ anybody to monitor the car park, so I can't see who'll fine you.
