Absolute stupidity from Tomkins (and Mcillorum) and they have probably put paid to any chance of beating Saints.
Mcillorum will be a far bigger miss, mind you he certainly deserves to sit out a couple of games for the swinger on
Dwyer.

8 games for Tomkins

6 for McIlorum

Great news for saints but if they had both been sent off would have been fairer on Leeds. Refs need to use cards for foul play and nit leave it all up to the panel

You have to say, very poor from the VR who has clearly seen both incidents.
Surely, he has to intervene, isnt that what he is there for ?

When the panel have to make decisions on offences that are obvious to everyone but the officials, particularly the Video Ref, then the officials should be punished.

Refs always bottle cards and big decisions in play-offs, has been going on for years, they are reffed completely differently.

At least the disciplinary panel got it right.

I see VAR in football, although they still get it wrong as well, now pick up on violent and other forms of inappropriate conduct.
