Whats this about Fifita turning on the fans? What happened?
Don't know but Fifita must have been royally wound-up by some so-called fans. A large percentage of Wakey supporters are a fickle bunch and easily turn on the team and coach when the going gets tough. There's something not quite right with the overall demogragh at Wakey.

There werent any wakefield fans there so thats why I dont understand whats happened?
Was that the first game at the DW Stadium where the "away" end stand was shut ?
2004 Play-off game, Wigan Vs Wakefield. They only had one gate open because, to quote the steward, "we didn't expect this many to turn up". Think we got sat down about 12 minutes into the game. Morons.
What's with all the Wakefield bashing ? Is it.... 1) The generally 'punch above their weight' in SL 2) Their ground (or the council's) 3) They are a smallish town and attendances aren't huge 4) Chris Chester
I find it all a bit weird to be honest.
Any club takes a bit of a bashing when they’re in a real bad run. Look at Leeds this year (a lot of that led from Wakey fans themselves. Hull were getting some end of last year/start of this when they went on a long losing streak. Catalans first half of 2018 etc. going back through different seasons.
That they have a lot of fans posting on the VT (or did when they were winning) in comparison to others lends to it as well. A number of other clubs hardly have any activity on their own boards let alone have their fans posting on the VT, it’s the same for Leigh really as you have more posters on the VT than any other Championship club really.
Also they aren’t a small town nor do they generally punch above their weight.

To be honest I thought he had a decent game (should have started for me, why bring him on at 0-18)? Was a bit niggly and whingy but I'd have him at Wigan tomorrow, been saying this for the last five years.

I know we do. Most championship fans use totalrl.com, but very few Leythers do so. Even though it's an excellent forum for champ/league 1 clubs supporters.
