For Shaun Wane to go to coach Leeds, after his years at Wigan -- a club now in desperate need of a quality coach -- would be one of the greatest acts of treachery in the annals of rugby league.
Toulouse for Championship in 2017, Super League in 2021!

Avignon for Championship in 2021, Super League in 2022!

“The bond between the players is something I’ve never had with any other club. Everyone comes into one and we’re all one group. Whenever we get a new signing, everyone just embraces the culture. It’s what I love about this club and I just can’t wait for the journey ahead.”

Just what are these great acts of treachery you speak of, and in acts do you mean more than one?.

Not really. Wane played for both Wigan & Leeds. Would make sense to repeat this at a coaching level.
