Surely they can find a young(ish), enthusiastic & professional presenter from somewhere. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an ex-player either nor someone who is a RL know it all. A move away from creating contention where there is none & more analysis of the skill on show is a must. This current bunch do absolutely zero in engaging new & old fans.

My heart missed a beat on Thursday when I noticed they had lispy JJB on. I hope he isn't being groomed to be a future presenter on sky. He would be awful in an already awful team.

It’s Terry not Terence I’m led to believe - Terry is commonly and correctly used as a stand alone name. Maybe it confuses you (what doesnt) that Barrie sometimes calls him Terence as a joke.

Just because he was Christened Terence it doesn’t make it his name. He goes by the name Terry, it’s his right to choose.

The two commentators on the Sky team are Eddie Hemings and Bill Arthur.

Barrie and Terry for me. It's annoying to hear them shout "SHOT" whenever a defender puts in a good tackle.

You have a right to your opinion. I don't challenge that. But I have a right to mine. If Terence O'Connor were to be knighted, for example (say for services to rugby union), he would be knighted as Sir Terence, not Sir Terry. Sir Terry would be just silly. I believe in giving him the minimum respect he deserves.
