Barba could join Salford. They already have one player, Jackson Hastings, who had allegedly assaulted his partner. But in that instance the partner Hastings allegedly assaulted was a man, half back Daly Cherry-Evans.

If Ben Barba had stayed at St Helens then this terrible alleged incident might not have happened.

Yes. That's the problem. That he didn't stay in Saint Helens. Well done, you got a response, but that has got to be the most ridiculous thing you have ever written. Quite the achievement Sir.

From an Australian rugby league website (and not by a poster who is me):

Hopefully he's permanently deregistered. I imagine one of the relegation-threatened SL teams like London or Salford might pick him up.

You just don't understand. If he was still at St Helens he would not have been gambling in a casino and losing his pants, which is allegedly what he was doing before he allegedly bashed his female partner.

Indeed, England doesn't have any casinos.

Benjamin Barba allegedly has a gambling addiction, which apparently can be kept in check while living in the vicinity of St Helens.

If the Barba incident results in criminal proceedings (and that's not unlikely), would he even qualify for a visa for the UK?
I wish everyone would read bramleyrhino's post two or three times just to get it through some thick skulls

Mr bramleyrhino speaks a lot of sense.
