Do the Leeds ruggers still play at Headingley ?. If they do the Rhinos want to turf them out because they’ve made a mess of the pitch with all that rolling around on top of one another and their never ending scrums.

Oliver Roberts Huddersfield to Salford season long loan.
like Ikahihifo another that has gone there after not showing any form for 2 years so hopefully for us they find some and improve us next year

It has worked for Ikahihifo so far - been our second best forward behind Dudson and missing those two against Huddersfield really cost us. Sometimes a change of scenery does a world of good but our trainer does seem to have a way with forwards (although the jury is still out on Pauli).

That's good, Seb was massive for us in 2017 but fell away, if he can get his mojo back this year we will both benefit from it.

Would tat be the Headingley pitch which along with ground staff as won numerous awards in recent years.

yes its always a mess at the start of the year when both sides are playing on it, but its pretty pristine by end of May-June again.

Signed as an 'amateur' apparently so getting paid nothing. You can only play amateurs in the reserves though so don't know how that works with him being named in the 21 man squad and I assume expected to play this weekend. RL journos are waiting for the RFL to clarify.
