Why do Superleague fans always use the WCC to try and show that their teams are closer to NRL teams than they are??? When the WCC is on a level playing field, then we can maybe compare it better. Honestly do you think Saints are any other Superleague team would stand a chance coming down here???

Pretty sure Manly came over and spanked Leeds, after they baet you in the Grand Final. NRL teams are much better than Super League teams. Hence why Super League teams go to the NRL to sign their '$hit' players to try and improve their teams.

Thing is though mate, players want to play for saints because we got good chance of getting to finals in winning things.

The only thing at the roosters you get at end of the year is a wooden spoon.

Saints and Leeds would give half of the NRL a run for their money now... IMO the NRL is going soft and backwards, its no where as good as it used to be

I agree. The nrl is very boring to watch.

I pay extra on my sky package for it but never watch it now.

thanks for giving me a good laugh this morning. I love reading stupid comments. The NRL is far superior to Superleague, and it deffinately isnt getting soft. Saints and Leeds wouldnt stand a chance against most of the NRL teams, but then again Superleague fans base it on the Aussies going up to the cold before the NRL season has even started. Wouldnt it be nice to see a Superleague team come down here, but then again who even cares?

Yet again someone who watches a game or 2 a week and is all of sudden a NRL expert. The best thing about having a Superleague game just before an NRL game on sundays, is that you get to see the vast differance between the 2, in fact since ive moved down here i find Superleague getting more and more boring. The standard is so low compared to the NRL.

Ive just returned from over there and watched every game over my two weeks stay.. If im been honest i found it boring to watch.. Dont get me wrong they were a couple of good games but the standard IMO is not the same as it used to be.. The NRL used to be great to watch on a weekend but now its soft, where's all the fire gone and as for the officials
I though ours were bad but hey those guys are killing your game over there.

Who would the Roosters want? Brent Stewart and Matty Johns would fit in with the clubs image. Or maybe they should sign the rest of the Canterbury Bulldogs. With Fittler coaching them and Anasta at 5/8 how can they go wrong.

I doubt the Roosters are capable of telling their good players from there bad. Their recruitment over the last few years has been terrible.
