Not comparable historically I agree, but nowadays polar opposite.
Players are not banned from playing for being gay, but are for being unvaccinated. NHS workers won't lose their jobs for being gay, but will for being unvaccinated. You can travel to Austria if you are gay, but can't if unvaccinated. There are laws to protect you from discrimination if you're gay, there aren't if you're unvaccinated.
There is such a thing as positive discrimination you know

Just because things are better then they used to be, doesn't mean the job is done. There is still plenty of ostrasizing and prejudice that goes on in all corners of society. Not to mention the large list of countries where it is still illegal to be anything but straight, let alone get married etc.
I do agree however that people shouldn't be locked out of society for not being vaccinated, something that is and should be a personal choice. Some of my close friends are unvaccinated and while i may not agree completely, i do understand some of there apprehension and reasons for delaying / avoiding the vaccine. I wouldn't like to think they would be locked out of things in life for it.

People shouldn't be locked out of society for not having the jab, the jab protects the jabbed nobody else, its personal choice.
Things are much better than they used to be and people need to stop pushing on open doors, coming out isn't really being brave anymore because 99% of people support you and get on with life. Brave is going to Iran trying to conduct a gay pride parade in Tehran, that would be ballsy.

What percentage of the last 100 things you bought were paid with cash? Including mortgage, home insurance, car tax, car insurance, anything online plus fuel, TV subscriptions, season ticket, etc. I'd say that part was true but due to human nature finding the easiest way to do things rather than sub-terranian space lizards to be fair so you can keep your tin foil for tomorrows turkey.
