Crowd given as 2691 but I'm assuming that includes a LOT of non-attending ST holders and 'others'

Highlight was definitely the commentary from Mick as someone burst into the commentary box to tell them to turn off the air conditioning unit because it was too effing noisy. Then started to squeal that they'd been assaulted. They sounded deranged.

Not high in quality in either half to be honest, the 1st half was a real bore fest. We got a bit of luck in the 2nd half with one score and Flanagan took things into his own hands for some typical barge over tries. Workington seemed to lose energy and belief and let in some soft tries towards the end.

Thought young Lawford showed glimpses of what he could do and he should be pleased with his debut. Probably being generous by saying there was about half the amount of people watching that was announced. I cannot blame them, I can't say it was great value for money. Can only realistically see us challenging Whitehaven for any points now.

As i said,

Now confirmed by Dunning.

No senior half backs for the rest of the year.

What a great debut from Lawford by the way. Great way to announce your self on the first team

I'm still chuckling about that.

To be fair to Mick, like a trooper, he carried on with the commentary whilst chaos ensued

Poor first half, much better second half. What ever Dunning said got a response in the second half after a dreadful opening 40 mins. Lawford looked dangerous and should get a decent run of games in the halves now that Lilley and Patton are gone for the rest of the season. Burton also had a decent game and backed up in support. Flanagan was our stand out performer. Came on, never took a backwards step and led the team around the field and grabbed a couple of tries as well.

Roll on York!

Why are people suddenly aggrieved about season ticket holders being included in the attendance figure? The club have done this for years - as long as I can remember. So why are people up in arms about it now all of a sudden?

Something else that is probably Nigel Wood's fault I guess.

Not many positive comments after that?
42 points in the second half against anyone deserves some recognition. 1st half was garbage but that second 40 was great all be it against a poor side.
Great to walk away putting a score on a team.

Dunno who is feeling aggrieved, however I mentioned it because I find it worrying that so many have paid for tickets but are not attending.
