Pickersgill will be probably in a inflated wage after we convinced him not to sign for Fev last year.

If he's happy with Brown and Stephenson at 1 then he might have been convinced to cut the cloth a bit more.

Yes, I can see that the other would be in demand (especially Hitchcox) but DFJ? He's surely got to be on a VERY modest contract?
