Read some good things about Moss. Played a couple of 1st games this year.

Call me cynical but if he was the real deal, he'd already be gone. Just like Trueman, GFJ, Wilson, and all the others. You can't keep anyone with any quality in this division, so the only option you have left is to cash in while you can.

Fully expecting SL clubs to be after Myers if he kicks on next season.

Hopefully next season he will be at a SL club, us :D

Read somewhere that Wigan were interested in Lawford. Aren't they dual reg partners?

Wakefield are paying him over twice what he was on last year and a good chunk more than we offered him and paid a fee to sign Lawford. He'll be training full time but it lacks ambition IMO. He had offers from Superleague clubs just on less money.

In a full time environment he might kick on.

A bit OT but Doncaster have made another decent signing in Joe Lovodua, someone who I had hoped we might have been in for at some stage.

That makes 8 very decent signings (alongside Craig Hall, Alex Sutcliffe, Reece Lyne, Suaia Matagi, Pauli Pauli, Josh Guzdek and Luke Briscoe).

Are Donny a team to be genuinely concerned about in terms of securing a top 4 position again?

Most of the players signed are in their twilight years but sill decent players who pose a threat.

If they can keep all of them fit and on the field they'll be a real handful next year.

Impressed by Donny's recruitment but nobody keeps every player fit all season. Don't look behind you, Bulls, look forward.

Fixtures out tomorrow?

Matagai I think he was at fax for a game or 2 and was awful and I’m never convinced on pauli Pauli maybe good for a couple of good runs and then vanishes Lovodua could be okay depending on attitude strongest signings for me are Hall, briscoe and sutcliffe

I think Doncaster will be focussed, rightly in my view, on not getting sucked into a relegation battle.

The last time they came up, they went straight back down. They'll be keen to consolidate this year - hence lots of one-year deals for older players. Smart move, in my view. Although they'll need to bring in some younger players later.

I suspect they'll be happy to be mid-table next year.
