We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

Well leeds lost too. so not a terrible result

It's recoverable - made all the more so by Leeds losing tonight, but it puts a lot more pressure on the remaining games.

We handed the match to hull with penalties and errors, if were going to lack creative force, then that absolutely cannot happen. Simple play needs no errors. Perhaps the most frustrating thing though is hull didn't have to try for their tries, they were simple drive over the lines.

We have a week off to recoup now, and figure out some plays we can do. We have to be smarter.

Before the game there were two big downfalls of rain before the pitch. We perhaps handled the conditions a little better.

That's definitely a terrible result, whether Leeds lost or not for me. Hull are sitting in 12th only above basement dwellers Bradford and London.

Why is anyone shocked? We struggle up there with a full team never mind the team we had with no halves

I disagree not shocking at all. Many were predicting a loss.

I predicted a win by a couple of points, but it would be close.

Hull having an old halfback in Horne seemed to be the difference for me. If we could have put an old half on the pitch we would have had a lot more control.

I was listening to the HULL commentary and they were saying we where on top but had no organisation for long periods.

Been to Hull in the golden years and the match was over after 20 minutes, I think people need a reality check. If us getting beat by Hull is bad. Leeds must be woeful.

My point is we are no worse off in the race for the top.

It's still entirely in our own hands.

Aye. As nice a gesture as the Steve Prescott cup it is, there's nothing like giving motivation to our opposition. Coupled with the Horne announcement this week, they were always going to play as good as they get.

We on the other hand were 4 playmakers down and the players we did have weren't smart enough. For any chance, cut the penalties, cut the errors, simple game, and win the war of attrition.

All will be forgiven if we beat Leeds in 2 weeks, but it's a long road now ...

That is true but shouldn't be as Hull are not a good team.
