Not sure CJ shown enough in few changes he’s had. Will be interesting to know what RS thinks about him in training…… I personally think a completely new Ex NRL 9 would improve us for next year, though know that won’t happen .

We've bigger problems than our reserve hooker. Give O'Connor an off-season to train there and he may well come on. Re Johnson he's only just been re-signed, so Smith clearly sees something.

Yeh I think Smith sees O'Connor as a 9. He has the all action game for it. Just need to refine his passing and game awareness. Clearly Dwyer is finished at the club. I agree with Shabs, I think he will be looking for an experienced NRL 9 in the next couple of seasons. Aussie coaches really value the hooker position as the most important in the team. Be interesting on Johnson. His defence needs to improve to have a chance in SL.
