I also like Agar he seems to have very good man management skills.Something i think McDermott lacked.A prime example of this is the recent interview with Handley where he says Brian told me it didnt matter how well i played as soon as Briscoe is fit you are out of the team.Why would a coach say that?
McDermott was very fortunate to have a fantastic group of players and for me ive always believed its players that win finals not coaches.It doesnt matter who the coach is if the players are not good enough.
