Interesting weekend with the refs clamping down on any contact with the head accidental or otherwise. Quite a few cards dealt out. Fans going into meltdown over it.

Think this sort of purge on head tackles is overdue TBH. Looking at how claims for brain damage has played out in the NFL it was only a matter of time before the game needed to address it more firmly. I don't have a problem with it. It reminds me of the purge on the deliberate high shot that came in during the late 80s. That really cleaned up the game a lot. This is the next instalment.

Wonder if we will see a similar thing over here? It can't be far off I'm sure.

Yeah players getting sin binned left right and centre! A little OTT for me. I’ve seen some players getting ten mins just for the slightest glance to the jaw.

I think it'll settle down. This week wasn't as bad. Victor "the inflictor" Radley might be cooling his heels for a few weeks as he seemed to lose his cool.

Great game this morning between Warriors and Cowboys. Different gravy that. Young Walsh at fullback for Warriors will be world class

If Dufty ends up in SL, he becomes the best full back without even playing a game, unreal performance.

Absolutely class. Apparently it’s not easy for him to get an NRL deal as cap space difficulties for many

Some journalists are questioning his defence but he's a real live wire in attack. Easily good enough for any SL team.

Yeah it was. Made me nervous about England's chances in the world cup. Hopefully To'o and Luai will choose to play for Samoa.

If they're playing SOO, then haven't they chosen to represent Australia?
