I don’t like criticising players on talent because these boys are each one in ten thousand. It is a high standard to make first grade at a club like Leeds (most of the time!).

It makes sense to have an oven-ready centre to cover Newman with such a bad injury. Sutty can do a job at FB too which could be useful this year.

The real questions will be how long is our commitment and at what price.

No it wont. It wont make a difference.

I know people are dying for lockdown to last forever and be on free money for as long as possible, but by April we will be back to normal.

Professional sportsmen are at zero risk from CV and anyone vunerable will have been jabbed.

Goodbye fearmongering.

.I think by covid ALAW was referring to players having to isolate if they come down with covid.
Back to normal by April i hope so but doubt it.

Sinfield seems to think covid will play a massive part in the season.

Would love to be back to normal but highly doubt it. Restrictions will be in place until end of year at least. Hopefully less restrictive though. A lot of those on furlough are on 80%of the old minimum wage which is putting them in deep financial issues. Most want to be back

Pro sportsmen are less vulnerable but not at zero risk. Covid also does huge amount of damage to the body that lasts months. Esp the lungs.

Goodbye fearmongering.
Just realistic but happy to be proved wrong

Don’t think that’s the point ALAW is making. Like the positivity though but doubt we’ll be back to normal by April. Personally end of lockdown can’t come soon enough and I think a good proportion of people are suffering considerably because of it one way or the other.
