Totally different countries though, so not a fair comparison. Football and RU have also had lots of positive tests, but they have squads to be able to manage.

Thats my point. Chapylad said we have had more cases than NRL.

We've only played them once this year (the first game of the season) but then we wouldn't have a game the round we are supposed to play them (Sunday 25th October) as that would take a load of rejigging of fixtures.

Win the cup and then sack the season off. Insert smiling devil face emoji here, as it didn't work.

What a world we live in, that a team was put on standby incase of Covid issues... and it happened. If that doesn't say bonkers idea to continue, I don't what does. Hull have nothing to play for, and we barely do. Just justifying wages.

When will muppets get it - they're playing so that the clubs don't go bankrupt.
"Brian McDermott, with a wry smile, nods when asked if he remembers a specific incident which made him realise he was a prick. 'I do', he murmurs."

Have Sky ever said they would stop payment of the TV money if fixtures wasnt fulfilled due to teams having Covid??? I highly doubt they have and if they have which other sports have they said it to?

They haven’t Marty, and they never would have done. The money is too low for them to bat an eyelid where rugby league is concerned. However, Hetherington said it, as it was a risk, so our resident same poster can only contribute what the club says as fact, as per every single post he does. Not able to form his own opinion.

Well done Hull though, for such a circus of a competition currently, to just come in like that, not ready and players of own missing. Not putting themselves first, but working in the silliness of what the league have instructed.
