The Austin rumours are legit, regardless of Gsle. Leeds see Austin as a utility player.

Jai Field who we would have signed the other year had it not been for the Martin passport fiasco would have been ideal utility as can play FB, wing and in the halves.

Not that it’s going to happen now but when it was rumoured we’d offered Hull £150k for Connor last year would be great utility as can cover FB, Centre and halves.

Austin plays halves and...........halves. Not seen or aware he van play any other position, unless like I say you’re Wayne Bennet

I can’t see any sense in Austin unless Gale is done.

On the one hand there are a lot of stirrers on social media - on the other, no smoke without fire and Agar was clearly holding back when asked about it in the presser.

I've seen him play full back, and play it very well, for Canberra. That said we obviously have a lot more cap space available than I thought if Austin is being considered as utility.
