On Holroyd, he looked better than all the Aussie forwards, every one of them is contracted to NRL clubs. Not saying he ready for SL yet but I’d like to see him get the odd game or 2 this season.

I agree, he doesn't need rushing but if can prove he's tough enough mentality he needs 5 games off the bench. He is a terrific prospect.

I don't think I remember seeing a better prop coming through the academy at his age. Ward and Bailey, even L Burgess looked good but Holroyd is certainly more damaging going forward.

When Furner was in the side that finally broke our long wait for a trophy, there were 10 academy products in the 17, including some outstanding talents, and the overseas/other signings were of real high quality. It's not necessarily a guarantee of success if we get back to this kind of ratio again, but it's what we built the Golden Era on and I think this side would paste the 2019 version I have to say. Front row of Oledzski, Johnson, Holroyd would whet the appetite in a couple of years.

Im glad Trout & Muzzy have got a months loan at Dewsburyboth are too good for u19's imo & i can see Dupree Holroyd Johnson & Walters following suit.

Played a couple of games on dual reg last year mate he's still with our 19's at the moment.

Tom Holdroyd reminds me a lot of Brendan Hill at a similar age
