Quality chip over and regather try from mclelland. Shown some good touches but would like him to do more than just move the ball on sometimes.

Alex Sutcliffe's defence at Fev has been out of this world. He was outstanding against Anthony Gelling last week (to the extent that Widnes moved Gelling to the other side of the field in the closing stages).

Good result away to an in form Wakey team. 8 first years in the 17 and 8 rep players missing.

Thought Brad Martin and Sam Walters were very good in the backrow.

a ready made replacement for Ablett would do nicely
