Can't see anything wrong in the club surrounding themselves with people who gave them their most successful years and who are Leeds to the core. Not enough clubs do enough offering players pathways after playing unlike happens in Australia
I wonder if they are building up a consortium of players to become the next owners ?
I’m not too sure about that, I think possibly something to do with our new sponsorship for the east stand, he might end up part of a consortium to take over.
A very astute addition to an already extremely well run commercial dept. If people like Peacock are available, a role at Leeds is a no brainer.
Yep. Too often clubs put ex-players straight into positions too high up that aren’t right at all. Off the top of my head I remember Nick Fozzard being made Cas’ Commercial Director. Not a problem having him in the Commercial team but not as Director. If Peacock was taking over from Rob Oates I’d be concerned. As he’s working alongside him it’s a great move.

Yes I think when the present owner s decide to step aside players who were an integral part in the recent glory period their names may be used to front a future consortium
I think Rhinos will be under Caddick ownership for a long time yet. Mr Caddick will probably hand over to his son when time is right. But only time will tell.
One is for sure the current owners have been magnificent for the club. The way the club has been run financially, the creation of the foundation, the stadium redevelopment and of course the on field success speaks volumes.

Spot on. Whenever the ownership changes I hope it continues in the same manner just with a different person at the head of it.
