Looks like Kataliere lad from Brugge is looking less likely to happen, Phil hay thinks he’ll end up at Milan. Looks like we’re moving onto other targets. Kalimuendo From PSG now heavily linked. Looks a talent but more of an out and out striker than the lad from Brugge.

Watched extended highlights yesterday and thought the young keeper Klassen went really well again. Looks a talent. Roca looks a good player but will pick up lots of yellows if he’s not careful. Geldhart was class, he’ll be some player. His header was superb for the second.

Foreshaw best of the midfield, giving Jesse food for thought. Aaronson looks decent and deceptively strong. Left back is a major concern, we were exposed there several times

I missed the game but appreciate your feedback mate.
For me Forshaw would and should be first choice in midfield based on his form at Leeds.
LB is the big worry unless Drameh or Ayling can fill in there and that in itself is a risk.
I reckon we will go with Kalimeundo on the basis the other lad prefers Milan who cannot afford him!

Yeah Foreshaw will be able to hit ground running too early doors, it'd be a gamble playing two new signings (Roca & Adams) together at the start of the season.

Kalimeundo top flight record in France is very very impressive for a 20 year old.. just wonder if he could play with Bamford though as they both are similar types of player.

LB has to be sorted, cannot go into the season relying on Firpo (who's weak anyway).

Heard mixed reports about Davis.
Some saying he got forward well but his defence was poor.
Whilst others saying he had a good game.
Also seems Newcastle are back in for Harrison but not at 30 million.
Personally would be happy in fact delighted with 20 million.

Watched the extended highlights again from Sunday, Davis was pretty poor, gave a silly handball away for the Pen. Again we looked badly exposed when the wing backs went forwards, we've not yet learnt how to shift defensively when they lose the ball in the attacking third. Started the game well, first half was good, should have had two goals, Bamford, James and Roca all missed pretty easy chances (not wanting to be harsh as all bound to be rusty). Adams played well, worked his socks off from the reports and what I saw. Sinesterra looked better but a long way to go. Second half we lost the ball far too much.

Re Harrison, saw a surprising stat yesterday, over the same period (think it was 2 seasons) he has only one less goal than Raphinha and only 3 less assists.

Cheers mate I appreciate your take on the game.
Shame about Davis yet only going with a fragile Firpo was always going to be a risk.
For me RB was better covered with Drameh and possibly Shackleton there in Aylings absence.
Interesting about Harrison but I doubt I will ever be a fan which would be no surprise to others
Any idea what time in the UK our next game is shown live?

Drameh looked decent from what i saw of him. He'll give some nice competition to Ayling for the back up RB spot. Archie Gray was good again until he nearly got his leg broken by Mcginn.. :(

Think next game is Palace on Friday, LUTV 11am
