Not hiring the target with a penalty is what cost us that game the most.

It's such a familiar pattern. Notting has improved since last season. Dominate, fail to show enough then find a way to concede a soft goal. Very annoyed

not ignoring the penalty but bamford missed 4 v forest, couple last week and 2today. and he is the main striker

If that's not sit on the bench form I dont know what is. Let's see what bielsa does now. We're top of the league but we should be 6 clear

Another dire performance Saturday.
Poor defending at a set piece and only 3 shots from 18 on target.
We need some experience to guide us through as teams sit back hit us from a corner or free kick and sit back again.
Not sure what the answer is but i thought we would/should get 12 points from our 6 games starting with Charlton.
3 against a good side like WBA would be nice but i won't hold my breath.

Agreed. For me Nketiah has to start and Bamford benched. Costa left Hernandez right. I'd also be tempted to bring Clarke back.. Harrison has no end product

Am I the only one that can’t stand Bamford, I never liked him when we signed him and I hate him even more that he is an oxygen thief on the team, he is useless.

His hold up play is good but he doesnt offer enough goal threat. You either have to play 2 up front or change the system a bit and bench him. Its very very clear that we lack goal threat. Nketiah has to start now (and be given time) otherwise its criminal by bielsa. Costa also needs time that was his first start.

I think that`s the issue here with Bamford. He does hold the ball up well and chases down the defender but his finishing is not good enough.
I`m not sure if Nketiah can play to those plans of holding up the ball and is more a poacher that will finish off chances.
Harrison and Hernandez have not delivered for some time now and I would be tempted to give Clark a run at least for 45 minutes.

Agreed. I'd play Nketiah alone up front with him getting round the back of defences. It's up to our midfielders to keep the ball and let him get in the box to bang em in
