We are saying Leeds should pay a transfer fee which we have the ability to do and just have for Mclelland.

The size of the transfer fee for a kid who has never played SL is very different to what would need to be paid for a player of Eden’s quality, though.

Eden is ok, works well in the Cas system but i wouldn't be fussed about us getting him unless he is in the market for free.

There would be no point putting Greg Eden in the Leeds team of this year or next unless we get a very good centre and change the way we play completely.

We should be looking more at Johnstone, Tupou and Ashurst as realistic options. We must have some funds for transfers. If we put for example, Sutcliffe, Handley and £350k on the table that would be very tempting for Wakey I would imagine.

If they say no to that we could add Walters too to sweeten the deal, oh hang on a minute...

I'm sure i read Walters has extended his contract with us. I know he fell over the line in glorious fashion to get the winning try to give us the treble but surely that shouldn't mean he gets to see out his career with us.

In normal circumstances I wouldn't think twice about us signing Hock.
But he might just do a job for us for 1 year.
We are lacking some mongrel in our pack and on form Hock has the offloading skills that could suit us.
I can't imagine he will cost us much on the cap and is certainly better than half the forwards we currently have even at his age.

Won't be able to bare the fact an ancient Gareth Hock would be playing vital minutes that a young forward could be playing.

But our youngsters will only get bullied hence having Hock in there might just help them develop.

Hock is 35. If he was good or reliable enough to play in SL he'd be doing it already. Enough with the crazy suggestions.

How would Hock help the youngsters develop? Don't take drugs and hit referees or end up like me?
