Time to hijack the thread with some Britball. The BUAFL (British Universities American Football League) season kicks off this weekend, and I would recommend that if you have nothing better to do on Sunday afternoon, you should head down to a game near you. The majority of games kick off at 1pm, leaving you time to be back for the NFL games in the evening, and there's a decent standard developing in Britain now. Some of the highlights this week: Leeds Celtics vs Bradford Bears - 'The Graveyard', Lawnswood Playing Fields UH Sharks vs Newcastle Raiders - West Campus Pitches, Hull And, of course Staffordshire Stallions vs Derby Braves

We are 5-4 and havent lost a game by more than 7 this year. The future looks bright for this young team.

Wow!What a finish tonight. 11 down with 4 left. 8 down with 1:09 left on our own 20. Then THIS play to take us to OT



6-4 now and a very realistic shot of making the playoffs. Tough run in though Playing the Falcons twice, Saints once and Denver at Mile High during our last 6.

If you haven't seen Mark LOLchez running into his own O-lineman yet from last nights game you need to, comedy gold just like his team

It was just fumble after fumble, think we scored 21 points in 58 seconds in the second quarter and our Offence was only on the field for 1 snap

To be honest, the Rookie of the Year award RGIII is so clearly going to win isn't enough recognition. He should be talked about as MVP candidate.
