Their keeper did play well and kept them in the game.
Bamford missed a sitter but got the goal in the end.
I can`t put my finger on it but we are lacking something in midfield maybe and Bamford if he is to play needs support.
And why do we insist in Phillips taking the corners and free kicks.
He has yet to hit the target or make a decent cross.
Bringing Cooper on late in the second half shored up the defence.

I agree. we have never replaced saiz, position wise. it's been make do and mend.
we look stronger mentally and better organised. very hard to beat and comfortable grinding wins out. good win Saturday at luton

Roberts will be a great player. There's talk of us signing Vidra again in January, but I wouldn't be too bothered if Roberts stayed at 10. He'd get in most first 11s in this league, and he's only 20.
