I think its over 2 years, I suppose it’s not just the cash its also enticing them to move them and their families to another country.

Seen quite a bit of NRL this year and Okunbor is not one that impresses. A big unit but doesnt run or hit anything like what his size would indicate.

Played a lot from the bench and often came on as centre or winger. More recently been playing second row but still from the bench.

Definitely better options from the OOC list of NRL players.

He's not the player he was either. He used to make massive yards running the ball back but is nowhere near as dynamic as he was. An overseas winger has to be really special to warrant a spot IMO, and Nofoaluma isn't that any more.

Fair point, we may need to offer 3/4 years on say £225k to make it appeal. Obviously 4 years gets riskier. Is it better to pay a fee and go for Croft at Salford who is already settled in Uk. If you can settle in Salford…could house him in Cas, . He’d think it was Monaco.

Peter Smith making some good points in his talking points piece in todays YEP about recruitment. Saying it would be wise for the club to confirm who they have tied up deals for so far (he understands a couple of deals are done), it would give fans a boost and help with next years season ticket sales etc..
