It's obvious the club have been after Macdonald for ages. RS must rate him highly to have pursued him over other avaliable players for this long. Hope there's a plan B if it has fallen through.

Personally I think we should not assume he is a Rhinos player until it is announced. I know lots don’t give credence to GH saying he has not signed for us as GH has been known for saying one thing one day and something different the next. However he just might have been telling the truth and Leeds Live got it wrong. Maybe Leigh are fighting to keep him or want someone else in before releasing him who knows we will just have to wait and maybe it was whoever saw him having is photo taken with his shirt at Headingley was mistaken.
I am still confident we will sign a centre and if Olpherts is a utility then he will need to work on being a centre. Having a good Utility is good for the team surely.
