Minchella wasn’t sacrificed for Zak at all, he played in a position where he wasn’t likely to get much first team action.

It’s all very well looking at how he has progressed but who would people have dropped to get him in the side, bearing in mind we aren’t talking Minchella of 2023/2024 were talking about a young kid on the fringes

Off topic but I was more surprised we let Tyler Dupree go - I can only assume it was an attitude thing but this looks like a big mistake given where he's at now and what we are missing.

Hes another that had to go down the leagues to come back up, fair play to him but you cant keep them all

Don’t think Minchella or Dupree are world beaters. Good pro’s for sure, but taken while to develop. With the cap tough calls are made at a young age. Didn’t someone decide Jason Robinson was too small!
