Aston recalled. I don't get that at all.

Simple Hudds he's our player and we won't let him play against us for the team he's been on loan with to keep match fitness.

Regardless of the fitness / availability of our first choice halves in JK and LJ anything is possible during the week in the run up to Fridays game so it's obvious that we would want every position / option to call on from everyone who is available.

Yes but I presume we had a clause in the loan agreement which stopped him from playing against us. We'll have to see if he does indeed play on Friday.

Of course we aren't going to let him play against us and he's in the squad because he's our player and if either JK or LJ aren't fit, as he's the 3rd choice half then he'll come into the team to replace whoever is injured, if they are both fit then he won't.

Should be a easy win tonight against seagulls and with Batley playing barrow at home needs to be

Seriously if we can’t beat seagulls then we shunt be in top 3

SG says on his pre match video that we did have a clause in the loan agreement to not allow Aston to play against us which suggests he may be back here for half back cover. I can't see him being brought back for fullback as Joe Martin could fit in there. Whatever it's going to be a warm 'un which reminds me of a game at Sheffield a few years ago which was the hottest match, weather wise, I've ever attended. Plenty of water then and respect the ball tonight and we should have enough to get home. I wonder if Brad Knowles will get a comeback game against his old club? Up The Fax. :thumb:

Cover in case JK has issues with his ankle during the week?

Possibly. I really hope Joe gets over his ankle problem. For me he's possibly been the Championship player of the year. :thumb:
