we need to be wary of the amusing Manure scenario where a successfull intern has saddled a club with ambition to be top 4 in world with a coach of no greater pedigree than norwegian second division.

Please translate into English. Thanks.

Baffled as to why people think Thorman is a good shout. He has no experience of been the head coach at a club... 10 games as a caretaker doesn't count.

There is coach out there with a proven track record in this division though.....

Neither has Grix, I assume you are talking Lee Greenwood, let’s see what happens in the cup, he may not want it any way.

My main question mark concerning PR would be although he’s had some success with both Leigh and Toronto on each occasion there has been a big money backer behind him.
Could he do it with a club where that’s not the case?

I’m a PR fan, both as a Coach and a bloke, he is a good guy, is his own man,and I wouldn’t hesitate to make him a Coach at Fax.

He hasn't got a proven track record in this division!

At both sides, he not only got results, but did so with a great brand of attacking rugby.

At both clubs it was very much short term goals, with a high turnover of players. This could be a good long term, stable challenge for him.

Debate is always fun but its going to be Grix. Great rugby brain and commands a lot of respect in the game and from our current players.
