Or, he may need to regain his match fitness so a months loan in 2 months time may be just what we need at that time.

Agreed, I was just going to say.... To put a positive spin on the AOB topic, wont he need some game time in his recovery, I can think of no better place than down the Shay, help get us in the top 4, and off he can go to support The Giants in any play off endeavours.

Looking beyond Hull KR we have some fixtures coming up we can win, if we perform, it would be marvellous if we could come through this period, get Adam back and have a pop at some of the other top sides in our midst.

I agree. If we can get through March with us still in touch with top 4 then we can have a real go. Hull KR will be our toughest test by far and as long as we give them a game and don't get anymore injuries then we can hopefully start to get more players back from injury and start to put a run together. Fingers crossed.

Me too. He is a determined young lad and I'm sure he will have seen what a difference someone like AOB made in his couple of games and use that as extra motivation to press on and stake his claim to one of the 9 spots.

Rovers supporter here..Believe me people, I for one and many other Robins are not expecting us to walk this division.
We have seen too many crazy things happen to our team over the years, especially after last years injury crisis(it was really bad)and the mad last two minutes of the MPG..never again..please!
There are some quality players in this league and anyone who thinks teams will roll over is deluded.
We need to strengthen and be a bit lucky(for a change) in the middle 8s, assuming we get there.
If we strengthen and find our rhythm, no Super League team will relish coming to us, especially if our crazy crowd get up for it.
Halifax could get into the middle 8s and then you never know, but Super League teams will be very tough to knock over.
Good luck with it, but not against us.

Welcome OT. A danger for HKR will be how long you remain in this division, if you can bounce back to SL this year then of course no problem, but the longer you stay here then the harder it gets as everything tends to settle downwards.
With the reduced central funding and very likely lower home crowds due to a few home supporters drifting away and a lot less away support the income streams drop off by a fair amount which puts pressure on the benefactors of the club to make up the shortfall.
In this new financial environment you will not only have to compete off and on the field with the Championship clubs but of course whoever makes up the middle 8 from SL.
You will also notice how little the RFL and existing SL clubs care about the clubs outside SL.
There are changes coming as well probably 2018/19 if you believe this weeks RL press and whatever changes are made will be stacked in favor of SL, if your in it all well and good, if you are not then not so good. :thumb:
