Liz Truss declared the donation which means if anyone made it up it wasn’t me and Tony Blair hasn’t been the PM for 15 years so I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make but it’s got shaft all relevance.

I must have imagined they have been in power for 12 years because she basically stated she would solve the problems created by the government she was a member of.
