Not sure if them squad numbers are anything other than that, Hall at no1 not bothered where he plays if I'm honest I was convinced like others did that he'd be in the centre or maybe stand off at a push, if those are the positions where they are likely to be playing then it seems that he prefers Miller to Sammut which is surprising seeing as Carter stated Sammut would be kicking goals, and the biggest doubt I have about the squad numbers is that from no8 to no17 there are only 3 props and the other 3 are well down the pecking order so maybe we'll have to wait for the Cas match to find out.

I've already been accused on here of not being able to read and now I risk being accused of no being able to count! There are only 5 of our products in the 27. Aren't we breaking the rules? We had 7 at the start of last season Wilde Walsham Trout Annakin shulver Crowther and Jowitt. We have lost Wilde Walshaw and Shulver and only added Johnston

Wingers taking the ball in is part of the job, unless of course they are being expected to take the ball out of defence too often.
Fox and Cockayne were both excellent at helping clear our line !

As has been mentioned, we have Ryan, possibly Gilmour and Miller to fill in the three quarters.
I would rather be where we are now, than a top class back line and no forwards.

Cockayne and Fox were our top two scorers in 2012, and in 2013 they were first and third. In both seasons they were our top two for metres gained.

Personally, I'd quite happily sacrifice a forward such as Trout or Molloy for a utility back of a similar standard.

Have a look at Ryan Hall and Briscoe at Leeds. They'll be doing graft down the middle won't they?

Look at Cas with that Aus lump and their other winger/kicker...they also employ similar tactics don't they?

Its expected in the modern game.

Not saying that they shouldn't be doing it and it is a requirement of the modern game but there is a right time a wrong time and overdoing it.
Hall and Briscoes overall game doesn't seem to be affected but the amount of stick Cockayne and Fox got for not being able to defend high balls tends to indicate that it effected other parts of their game.
