And this is why we need a big squad - last year Spur played because we were down to bones (albeit still looked class)

According to the article we knew there was something wrong when he first arrived but now scans have 'revealed our worst fears' he needs an op and is out for at least 6 months - which begs the question why the fook did we not see to this earlier? It hardly counts as having a bigger squad if the extra players are out for the season (effectively) before a ball has even been kicked.

Ouch! That is bad news.

Couple that to the injuries to Danny Nicklas and Steve Snitch and we are already down some players who would likely be in the first 17.

Shouldn't be signing players who are already injured or have problems.
No wonder Whitehaven let him leave.

A load of old bollox, we have 24 fit players, not 30.
We've been mugged.
So I see Strugglesville Arizona ahead.
I wouldn't honour his contract.
He must have known he wasn't right.

At least Scotty stays at FB ...where he belongs.

it was quoted at the time of signing he had a knee injury.

but, as i said at the time we wouldn't be signing someone if he's got an injury

League Express reports that Steve Snitch's ankle operation has been a success and that he will be available for some of the pre-Season matches.
