I've seen this mentioned on Twitter and saw a reference from wilf recently about it. New fanzine launch in January. Anyone know any more about it? Who's involved etc.? Great idea IMO, used to love IAKOW

well from what I know it isn't Steve Roberts that is doing it, so not the originals. Be good to get something back though!

I remember Vince getting a call of Shane Richardson after the article - Tony Grimaldi 'Any good or what' - and also Vince getting started on by Jason Temu after announcing him as the winner of the Airtours award (for coming here for a holiday!)

At least they didn't get a letter from Mr Allam's Solicitors It's a couple of lads who are massive fans who have decided to fill the void left after IAKOW went into hibernation, it should be out in the New Year with a limited edition to start with and that's about all I know really, however I hope everyone will buy into it, because fanzines are a great part of supporting the Club and I really miss Steve and Vince's efforts! Great title as well!!

Pretty sure Greenhill threatened Vince at some point around the town as well - happy days!

Best of luck with the new fanzine I am looking forward to its re-invention.

Not sure that was all their own fault. The fanzine was out at the time of the merger, and as fanzine editors they were the obvious place to go for the press when they were looking for views. The criticism they got for speakin on behalf of the fans without a proper mandate, was one of the reasons for setting up HISA, if I remember rightly.

The fanzine was pretty good. Far better than the match programme!

I give it 5 minutes on here post publication before people criticise those fans putting in their own time and effort to create something a bit different.
