I did email James Brammer, and to his credit he mailed me back the next day, which is some improvement. Let us hope the club act on it.
Below is a copy very close to the one I sent to the Giants about 3/4 weeks ago after my visit to the store. I did not receive any acknowledgement that the email was even received, and certainly nothing has changed or acted upon regarding the store.
I know that it is the football season and more floor space should be dedicated to town merchandise, but when it is the Rugby season we still only have our little corner with everything crammed in on top of everything without it being spaced out and displayed properly.
I know that town get twice our crowds, but they have more than double our floor space even in their close season. But this is not my only complaint, that being the counter assistants both have town tops on. Surely one should have a Giants top on to even things up a bit, as when I was in there were more people buying Giants stuff than town stuff, granted we got our purchase in a Giants carrier, but I object to being served by assistants promoting only one team.
We are constantly being told by the club that we need extra support to be successful, but we are not promoting ourselves even in a small way with the stadium store, I am afraid some of the club employees need to get their fingers out and start earning their money and promote the club in a more aggressive way, and starting with the stadium store is only one of them.
I asked on the Giants message board who I should contact over this matter as I had no joy with my 2 previous emailings to the giants (which needs looking into to start with) having being ignored, and someone suggested I email you.
I hope this does not fall on deaf ears.
My letter
About 3 weeks ago I called in the stadium store and bought a couple of items. And when I paid, both assistants at the counter were wearing Town tops.
I suggested one of them wear a Giants top and one a town top to even things out, one of the girls agreed with my suggestion and said it had been mentioned before but nothing was done about it.
So I decided to email the club and told them my thoughts, but nothing has changed, as I went in again today and both girls on the counter had town tops on.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to who I should email about the subject to get something done about it.
Yours sincerely

From James Brammer.
Dear Brian
Many thanks for taking the time to email, your feedback is very important to us and on behalf of the Club I am also sorry you haven't had a response previously.
Our Managing Director and Retail Manager aren't on site today so I will ensure your comments are raised early next week and I will be in touch.
I can completely understand the frustrations with this and I will make sure they are raised at the highest level.
Very Best Regards
James Brammer
