It may seem terribly ignorant but...
Who were Houses for Homes?
We wound up with a huge, god-awful, iron-on safety plaster on shirts so I assumed it was a charity we'd put on at the last minute (after failing to secure a decent sponsor?).

Can't understand any objection to Coral, other than the possibility of another big logo that peels after two washes. Vanity is a killer that way.

* Company explicitly set up as a vehicle for the sponsorship (Nov last year)

* Not filed any accounts
* Be very surprised if not wound up in the next month or so
* Absolutely no publicity linking the club with anything they've done (I challenge anyone to find anything since the original announcement)
* I can't see we got anything out of this except for a really naff logo
* Perhaps I am an old cynic, but this smells more than little fishy

As its web site says "helping its customers take advantage of a number of helpful commercial and tax benefits." to basically fund building cheaper. I suppose you could look at them in two ways. They are socially responsible by getting houses built cheaper. Or they are part of the modern corporate world of reducing the tax liable as they set up a tax efficient trust that (I think) owns the development.
