Its November, their fitness is supposed to be miles away, hence the pre-season.

I would have thought semi pros would have kept themselves in shape off season, as you and I do Nat!

Fitness played a big part in the downfall of KH.Remember a friendley at Dewsbury one year and pot bellies were order of the day.Also Ste Tyrer said when season started
that he needed to lose a stone when he messed up at Batley.If he was overweight
it should have been picked up by coach.Glad RM has picked up on this already.

Exactly, my point was that Richard was alluding to the fitness last season and little to do with off season.
Just looking at him he is obviously still a very fit man and I suspect he will expect the same from the players.

Didn't Melbourne Storm give KH their book of training/tactics when they visited. Clearly KH never used it.
