Billy Boston Statue Fundraiser : Sat Nov 22, 2014 10:15 am  

Some of you (well, hopefully all of you) may know that The Riversiders have organized a great night tonight in aid of the Billy Boston statue. St.Judes Social Club. Doors 7.30pm The Riversiders present an evening of funraising entertainment featuring Andy Unsworth, Tamsin Jane and Hayley. Hotpot Supper, entertainment, raffles etc. All profits going to the Build a Billy Statue Fund. Ticket entrance only priced at £15. Available from 07798900913 and 07522479625 This seems to be a respectable chance to plug my debut solo single "Better Than Zero" which has started to get some airplay accross our little island and is released on 6th December on Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, XBOX live, etc, etc. I'm a homegrown Wigan fan so please check it out and if you like it...why not buy it (when it's out). Your kids, grandparents, neighbours would all love it for Christmas too. I'm not backed by Simon Cowell and any money made goes straight back into recording my album. Really enjoyed the night and you were good Andy - Glad to see a Wiganer in the charts again.

Most importantly the great Billy B had a good night too with plenty of money raised so thank you to everyone that came

There is an official audio video for the single now up on Youtube for those who would like a listen to the full song (seems to have been played everywhere EXCEPT Wigan on the radio?!!?).
