If I remember correctly, we have to guarantee each Aussie team £150k. South Stand tickets are £22.50, not that far away from SL matches. Some of the North seating in the middle is very pricey at £45, but some of the wing seating is £35. So the club are certainly looking to make money on top of the Aussie agreed payment, but it is mainly from the North seating.
Friendly or not I will be going (South stand) if I am around on the 20th, it will be a great chance to see an Australian club play Wire. Not something that happens very often. I don't have an issue with the pricing. Moran puts a lot of his time and money into the club and deserves the support for paying up front for this match.
