After the mess last Wednesday, of which the less said the better, I was pondering while travelling up to York whether this is worth persevering with. Without Pat, I can't imagine the club will want to keep an involvement, but it might be a chance for those who have attended in the past to meet up and chew the fat.

First Wednesday of each month (at the Bree Louise?) seems to have worked. Bar posting on forums I am not particularly social media savvy, but really there should be minimal organising.

Any thoughts?

Completely agree. We have got to keep it going, with or without the clubs involvement. 1st Wednesday of the month at the Bree suits me.

I didn't get to any of the meetings (central London mid week didn't work for me). What happened?

Worth trying to sort something independent out. I would be happy to support.

The meeting should have been cancelled as the club representative who attends had resigned. Had a few beers though.

First meeting of the reformed group will be Wednesday 1st October at 19:30 at the Bree Louise.
