Has there been some kind of unrest in the Aussie camp.
With so many of their usual players missing, what has gone wrong and will
we see a number or players returning to play England next week ?

Injuries and suspension. But we are forever being told they can put out 3 world class sides.... They'll still beat us next week though!

For years the Aussies have enjoyed a really settled team, with just the odd change here and there
It looks like the core of that great side has being broken FINALLY through, injuries, retirements, crossing codes and generally getting older and not picked


Thurston: Injured
Slater: Injured
Brett Tate: Injured then Retired
Paul Gallen: drugs suspension
Jarrad Hayne: dropped out to pursue a NFL career as a punter! (no poop)
Matt Scott: Injured
Justin Hodges: injured


Then the Morris bothers, Watmough didn't get picked

England are in a great position for next weekend, we can do it! we just have to believe
oh and Massive congratulations to the Kiwis for a great win

You can only play what's in front of you, and if they're struggling with that team it shows that perhaps the strength in depth isn't as strong as we thought. I think we've got the pack to match them. The worry is that they'll score when they get close. I think Shenton is of the right class now, but I despair that Josh Charnley is our best number two. I know it's the opposite wing, but surely it's worth putting Joe Burgess out there, or Tommy Makinson.

Dont think there is central funding for National players yet. Wonder If some are opting out to try and push for this.

Now that would be funny, if Hayne has left the NRL to be a punter in the NRL.

no if about it bud, he's gone for trials in the NFL
he may go back to the eels next season but he 100% out of the 4 nations

Your missing my point mate, I know he's gone to the NFL, to be a punt returner. You put punter, which is the guy who does the kicking out of hand. I thought the wink would have given it away.

Every team has players unavailable, it's not just Australia.
