I don't think it's a bad thing having 5 of our last 7 games away. Lets get the points on the board early doors.

Momentum would be my concern. If you’re scraping into the super 8, or dropping into the flabby mid-section, you need to be hitting the ground running. Of course, if we're in the top four come the split, we'll be alright. :P

I don't think we will have a better chance of beating either Warrington or Saints during the course of the season, than we will have in the first few weeks running up to the World Club Series.

Can't believe A have got to play C twice in the first two weeks! Total conspiracy that.

It's all because the RFL want A's owner, Dr E, to stop criticising them.

As Antwerp Red says. A gap that long and people forget all about us and find something else to do. That is too long without a home game.

Hmm
Population of Salford 230,000
Salfords average home gate 2014 -4,738.
so 98% of the city have already forgotten us,and found other things to do - probably more if you factor the fans who travel in from outside the city boundaries to watch us.
lots of work to do and no home games in June isn't the biggest hindrance to entice another 1% -1.5% of the citizens to turn up .
A club shop & the correct badge on the Stadium would be a start .

There will be no easy games , facts are we ended up 10th position , so there were only 2 teams below us , and they both hammered us by clear margins away.

Last season we started out with 2 wins against understrength sides, that maybe gave us a false impression of where we were in development.
If we have any pretensions to ending the regular season in the Top 8 rather than the bottom 4 , the squad have to aim for winning at the HJ & turning over Saints at Home .

Totally agree.

When you put it like that, it's a wonder that we exist at all based on the interest of the Salford public.

Why not pick the Wakefield game and try to turn it into a home game, get as many people as we can to go. see if we can get the Doc to put on free transport or do a deal on ticket prices. It`s usually one that is well supported but any ideas to keep the interest going over the dead period is worth considering.
I know it isn`t income for the club but we need to do something over this period to keep the profile up.

On profile great to see Prince Harry promoting Rugby in our city yesterday, oh no of course not League :FRUSRATED:

The team winning games of rugby league would be a good starting point.
