I agree that he'll need to be used sparingly and will no doubt pick up injuries. That's down to his 'full on' style of play as much as anything else and has been the same throughout his career. Obviously, as he comes to the final part of his career, that will become increasingly an issue. Will he make the full 3 years of his current contract? Who knows? He's one of that rare breed of player that can seemingly step up almost at a moments notice; certainly at superleague level at least, so maybe that's the role he'll take. I think the fact that he has a coaching job waiting for him at Wigan when he does hang up his boots makes the issue moot anyway from his personal point of view although finding a successor on the playing side would be a bigger problem.
